Beneath the Whispering Willow’s shade,
In Hesperides’ serene glade,
The class of twenty-twenty-five,
Now stands prepared to rise and thrive.
With roots entwined in common ground,
Their branches stretched to dreams unbound,
They’ve weathered storms and brightened days,
Growing stronger in wisdom’s gaze.
The willow whispers soft and low,
Of journeys that these graduates know,
Of laughter ringing through the halls,
Of silent moments before exams’ calls.
It speaks of unity and strength,
Of reaching heights, of going great lengths,
Of Hesperia’s pride, so bold and true,
In every challenge, they pushed through.
Within these halls, friendships bloom,
Like willows in the spring’s perfume,
Side by side, they’ve grown and thrived,
In bonds of kinship, deeply derived.
Through every trial, every cheer,
Friends have been the constant, year to year,
A whispering willow’s gentle sway,
In each other’s hearts, they’ll always stay.
So here’s to you, dear graduates,
With futures bright, you’ve opened gates,
May the willow’s wisdom guide your path,
And bring joy that forever lasts.
Congratulations, Hesperia’s pride,
With every trial, you stood and shined,
Now go forth, with hearts ablaze,
And live the dreams you’ve dared to chase.

This picture takes me back to my graduation night from Hesperia High School in 1982. I was standing beside my then-boyfriend and two of my dearest friends. We were full of excitement and anticipation for the future. It was a time of new beginnings, endless possibilities, and friendships that shaped who we were.
Graduation is more than just a ceremony—it’s the closing of one chapter and the opening of another. The memories we make, the lessons we carry, and the dreams we chase stay with us for a lifetime.
To the Class of 2025, cherish this moment. Hold onto the friendships, embrace the journey ahead, and never stop dreaming. Congratulations!
