🌙 What Time Do You Go to Bed and Wake Up Currently? 🌅

Lately, I’ve been curious about rhythms—those unseen patterns that shape our days and nights like the hush between verses. As part of our 31 Days of Soul Writing, today’s question isn’t just about a clock; it’s about communion with the self.

What time do you go to bed and wake up currently?

For me, it changes with the season. In summer, I often stay up later than I intend, lulled by the lingering warmth and the endless “just one more” impulse—one more chapter, one more poem, one more quiet moment on the porch watching fireflies script light into the dusk.

But I’ve found that noticing my natural rhythm, without judgment, is a kind of grace. Some mornings I rise early, before the world yawns awake, and there’s a clarity that only comes when shadows still cling to corners. Other days, rest demands a slower start. And that’s okay.

This prompt isn’t about productivity or perfection—it’s about noticing what your body and spirit are trying to tell you. Are you waking up with a sense of peace, or dragging yourself toward the day with resistance? Are your evenings a gentle descent into rest, or a final battle against the demands of the day?

Let this question be an invitation—not to change yourself, but to listen more closely.

I’d love to hear your reflections. Whether your sleep is moon-guided or measured in toddler wakeups and work shifts, your story matters here.

With warmth and wonder, Michelle 🌿
