🌿If You Were Going to Open a Shop, What Would You Sell? 🌿

It’s a question that invites imagination, heart, and maybe even a little nostalgia. Would you sell something handmade, something inherited, or something that feeds the soul?

As I think about it, I can’t help but reflect on the heartbeat behind Whispering Willow Lodge. While it’s not a traditional shop, it holds within it everything I would “sell”—rest, reconnection, and the kind of healing that can’t be bought in a bottle. If I were to open a storefront, maybe it would be an extension of that dream. A cozy space filled with:

🌿 Herbal teas, coffees and healing tinctures made from local plants, for those seeking natural wellness

📚 Books and journals that invite quiet reflection or reignite forgotten dreams

🕯️ Handcrafted items from community artisans—candles, pottery, woven blankets, all made with love

🎶 Soft music and storytelling corners, where guests could listen, share, and remember that their voice matters

And maybe—just maybe—it would come with a porch, a rocking chair, and a warm welcome, no matter the weather.

So now I pass the question to you: If you were going to open a shop, what would you sell? Not just the products—but the purpose. What would your shop stand for? What feeling would you want people to carry home with them?
