They told you anger was dangerous. Unladylike. Too loud. Too much. Too unbecoming.
So you quieted your voice. Apologized for your boundaries. Swallowed your rage and called it grace.
But here’s the truth: Your anger is not shameful. It is sacred.
It’s the heat that rises when your dignity is dismissed. The fire that flares when your truth is twisted. The roar inside your ribs that says, “I will not abandon myself to be accepted.”
Anger is the part of you that survived. That said “no more.” That burned the bridge not out of bitterness, but out of brilliance—because it led nowhere worth staying.
This week’s post is for every woman who was punished for her power. For every survivor who was told her fury made her less believable. For every soft-hearted soul learning that sacred doesn’t always mean silent.
Your anger is not a problem to solve. It’s a language. A compass. A call to restore what was never supposed to be broken.
So let it rise—not to destroy, but to define. To clear. To claim. To create space for a world where you no longer have to smile through the burn.
You are allowed to be mad. You are allowed to be loud. You are allowed to be holy and still on fire.
✍️ Heat Without Shame
They told you calm was holy— so you buried the blaze.
But silence is not peace when it costs your self-respect.
Now you’re learning: your voice has volume. your fists have poetry. your flames are fluent.
And there’s no shame in burning what tried to bury you.
